New gold tip for point detection on the ear of humans and animals

The new gold probe from the manufacturer MKW Lasersystem GmbH (Germany) has been on the market for a year and we have tested it.

It is an interchangeable attachment for the LA-X laser pen, which can be used to locate points with millimeter precision on the human ear as well as on the ears of dogs and horses. The conduction properties of the probe are well balanced so that only the most active points are actually displayed during normal examination techniques.

In the animal ear, point detection works very well by reaching slightly under the hairy areas of the ear with the gold tip. In non-hairy areas of the concha, the tip works in the same way as on the human ear. The fact that the detection probe can be used on the animal ear is an achievement that animal therapists in particular will be delighted with.
